Customer Guidelines & Policies
Billing & Payment Policy
At ReVosWel Truss & Lumber, we strive to provide clear and consistent billing practices for our customers.
-
Standard payment terms are Net 30 from the invoice date.
-
A 1.5% monthly interest charge will be applied to balances over 30 days past due.
-
Accounts that exceed 60 days past due may be placed on hold, requiring payment in full before additional purchases can be made.
To improve efficiency, we are transitioning to electronic invoicing as our primary billing method. Customers may also have access to an online payment portal. A valid and current email address is required to participate in these services.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of lumber and building materials, the following return guidelines apply:
-
Returns must be made within 30 days of job completion to be eligible for credit.
-
Materials must be returned in the same condition as delivered to receive full credit.
-
Returned items must be organized and placed in a central, easily accessible location for pickup.
-
Drivers reserve the right to decline pickup if materials are not properly prepared.
-
Custom-cut and special-order materials may not be returnable.
-
A restocking fee may apply to certain returned items.
